Midweek reset

Do you long for the noise around and within you to subside and to be in a place of openness and peace? My Midweek Reset is a 20-minute online session that rebalances the nervous system allowing you to rest in the quiet and spaciousness of your heart.

As the world speeds up, let’s slow down. Over recent years, I’ve noticed our increased and ongoing need to stop and come back to our own self, to the peace and clarity of the quiet within. We may be able to do this on our own, but together, we can co-regulate and drop into our centre even more readily and easily, with less effort. Let the peace and the light within me guide you home within yourself, let the light within each of us remind us of the presence and truth of who we are.

The Midweek Reset is something I’ve been offering my Havening clients to help them maintain their connection to Self, optimise self-regulation and enhance their peace and grounding between sessions. These potent, short, one-to-one sessions have really supported individuals to stay steady and present and to deepen their journey within, whilst cultivating their relationship with the essence of their being.

Combining highly effective techniques for you to pause and breathe, to become gently present and aware, outwardly and then inwardly. Giving time and space for the stillness to be perceived and received as we bathe in the stillness and BE-ingness together. Continue your day with your mind clear and your senses attuned to the present.
